Level 3 Professional chef 

Equivalent to 3 A LEVELS  
3 day timetable (one of which will be an evening)
2 week programme 
Only studying patisserie and kitchen .
  
Level 3 Supervision 

Equivalent to 3 A LEVELS  

3 day timetable (one of which will be an evening)
1 week stand alone programme
You will be supervising Level 1 students.
50-50 Theory /practical split  .
You will need a good command of English due to the assignment class.

In order to progress :
You will need attendance of over 84%
Good GCSE attendance (over 80%)
Passed Level 2 
Good skill level practically competent
Good attitude to work  
Good punctuality

Why do I need a Level 3 qualification ? 
  • If you want to access higher education 
  • If you want to work in places abroad such as Australia and USA .
  • You may need it for your future career as some employers will request that you have one.
  • If you want to do a Level 3 after your 19 it will have to pay £3500
  • If you will be 19 and haven't achieved a Level 3 you may be entitled to funding .
